Follow up inspection checking to ensure all critical items corrected. Including, electric plug covers in room 7, swing set not being a choking hazard. Broken glass repaired and cleaned in window sill of room 7. Swing set partially repaired to not be hazard. All plugs in room 7 covered at time of inspection
