CA: advised Person in charge to use the compartment that can hold water to sanitize dishes after wash/rinse steps. Call for service for 3 compartment sink. A follow-up will be conducted within 10 days.

36: 1200-23-01-.05(5)(k) Side door does not close all the way, gap to the outside is present.

43: 1200-23-01-.04(9)(c)1. Roof is leaking in the back area where single-use items are stored, water dripping directly onto single-use items,

49: 1200-23-01-.05(2) Prep sink in back leaks water onto floor from pipe underneath. Backflow preventor on mop sink leaks when turned on. 3 compartment sink faucet on right does not turn off all the way, faucet on the left leaks when turned on.
