14: Both 3 comp sinks set up both registering 0ppm sanitizer. Pic stated they use the both 3 comp sinks to wash/rinse/sanitize and the dish machine for the larger items. COS by discussing with pic and pic draining and resetting the sinks. PIC set up both 3 Comps Sinks and ppm was 200

37: Using non-food grade “thank you” bags to cover raw meat in wic. Sealed containers of food on the floor in the walk in freezer.

39: Wiping Cloths not stored in sanitizer throughout kitchen.
