Complaint stated that ice cream machine has maggots present; drains have fruit fly nests and maggots present; chemicals are being improperly stored; grill has bacteria buildup present; ice cream is spoiled.

Establishment is located right next to where severe tornado damaged occurred. Will investigate foods present from time period of tornado/power outages if applicable.

Findings: No fruit flies or maggots observed anywhere in the facility to include ice cream machines, coolers, drains, etc. No improper chemical storage observed. Grill area (to include hoods) is clean with no visible bacteria buildup. All foods from tornado power outage were discarded and replenished once power was restored. Date marking adequate. Ice cream mix within sell-by date. All foods are within cold holding and hot holding temperatures.
