8: Hand sink blocked by container and togo bags. Corrective Action: employee moved items.

14: No sanitizer upon arrival of inspection. Corrective Action: employee brought chlorine.

19: Cooked onions and peppers on stored on prep surface at 128°, food items were cooked at 11AM and it is now 12:30 PM. Corrective Action: reheated to 165° and trained employees that foods need to be on a hot holding equipment and kept at 135°F.

20: Sliced onions sitting out reading 58°F, Person in charge states they were cut 30 minutes prior to beginning of inspection. Corrective Action: placed in aluminum container and in ice bath for rapid cooling.

36: Observed several flies in mobile unit.

37: Diced tomatoes, onions and cilantro container on bin of ice sitting on prep surface uncovered.

47: Grease buildup on kitchen equipment.
