26: Observed an unlabeled spray bottle of pink liquid near the register, pic stated it was degreaser for the tables. COS by relabeling

31: Observed in wic: sausage and sausage gravy cooling in smaller metal container but with lids on, and grits in a large metal container with lid firmly sealed. Pic stated their active cooling process is moving it from stove burner to warmer for 15minutes then putting it straight in the wic with lids. Discussed proper cooling time range and methods. Pic opted to reheat grits to 165°f and start the cooling process again

37: Observed cell phone left charging on a prep table near the drive through window - table contained condiments and single use items. Observed ice scoop stored in ice with handle touching the ice. Observed scoop for dried onions stored directly on a cardboard box.

41: Observed stir spoon stored in standing water of 65°f.
