Inspected all food establishments and storage areas on first floor; Observed what looked like small droppings in ever bowl however they were in the dry storage area underneath the lockers next to chia seeds and cocao seeds and looked similar to those dry food items. The manager for everbowl texted the PIC that she saw rats outside of the building last week.

The hugh babies manager stated that she rarely sees them during operating hours however she does see them in the early morning hours(5am prior) and after closing hours around 11pm. She also stated that their are small "homes" the wall that they come out of and showed me all of the known points that the rats/mice come out of.

Upon inspection of the citizens kitchen commissaries; I observed multiple large rat droppings in their garage bay area, one of the patrons in the commissary kitchen stated they saw a live rat in the garage bay area last week. I didn't observe any rat droppings or live rats in either of the batch kitchens. I walked the perimeter of the building and didn't observe any rats/mice activity. Complaint inspection completed.
