Goodnight@dalwadi.com Complaint that there was live bed bugs in rooms 127, 235, and 244. Live bed bugs were found in room 127 behind the head board, no live bed bugs were found in rooms 235 or 244. Contract a licensed exterminator to treat room 127 for bed bugs. A follow up inspection will be performed within 10 days to verify compliance of this critical item violation. 106, 211, 108 only clean vacant rooms available. A warning letter will be requested due to critical item violation 15 being noted on two consecutive inspection reports in a row, and critical item violation 18 being noted on 3 consecutive inspection reports in a row.

A follow up inspection will be performed within 10 days to verify compliance of all critical item violations.
