*10: Gates leading into pool are not self closing/latching. It appears someone put large pieces of sheet metal on both gates, creating a wind catcher and this is making the gate not close. The springs will need to be tightened to accommodate these-the slightest wind will prevent these from closing. Check and repair both gates
