Pool close upon arrival. Revisit, obs. Water level is at a good level. Signs posted, lifesaving equipment present, phone working. Note: water heater is not working, pool is not heated at this time. Chlorine tabs can NOT be in skimmer when pool is open and guest are in pool water. FRI is 100gpm.
