*15: Observed a full, unlabeled chemical spray bottle of pink liquid on the housekeepers cart on the first floor.
*20: Unable to check 222 because it was occupied and the guest had a request to not be disturbed until 5pm (according to the GM). The GM could not verify if the door to the room was ever fixed before it was occupied.
Failure to Correct - see comments under "observed violation" - a letter will be requested and a 3rd visit will be made to ensure the correction of critical items 15 and 20.
Reminded GM over the phone that 222 should remain blocked after the guest checks out and the door must be fixed so that it self closing, and that our department needs to see that room on our next visit.
A revocation WL regarding items 15 and 20 was also delivered and signed.
