31: Cut tomatoes stored on top of well in prep unit. Store cut tomatoes (and all TCS foods) in well for proper refrigeration and to maintain cold at 41F or below. This was corrected during inspection.
33: Observed ground beef thawing in sink for the duration of inspection. Thaw foods under cold running water, in microwave, in refrigerator, or as part of the cooking process.
35: Items packaged for individual retail sale are not properly labeled (cookies, baked goods, soups, prepped meals, etc). Follow labeling requirements as per food code.
47: Clean dust accumulation from fire lines near stove. Dust is above food prep area.
