13: 1200-23-01-.03(3)(b)1. Bag of mozzarella cheese is stored touching raw shell eggs in the walk in cooler. CA- Cheese was moved.

19: 1200-23-01-.03(5)(a)6. Cooked chicken is in a tub, sitting on a prep table, and is 115 degrees. CA- Chicken is near the shredder, but has been there for the entire inspection. PIC put chicken in the cooler.

21: 1200-23-01-.03(5)(a)8.(i) Container of tamales, stored in the walk in cooler, are dated 12/2/22, which is over seven days ago. CA- Tamales were discarded. Containers of salsa, stored in the walk in cooler, are not date marked. CA- Containers of salsa were dated.

26: 1200-23-01-.07(1) Two unlabeled chemical spray bottles, one containing a clear liquid and one containing a brown liquid. CA- Bottles were labeled.

37: 1200-23-01-.03(3)(b)1. Employee drink, in a cup with no lid and no straw, is stored on top of the microwave oven. Uncovered food in the walk in cooler.
