14: Sanitizer and soap are combined in one compartment as person in charge described warewashing. Education provided and sanitizer set up properly at end of inspection. Wash, rinse, sanitize, air dry for proper warewashing.

20: Whip cream holding at 49F in prep well. Ambient temperature of unit is 53F. Whip cream cream has been out approx one hour and was moved to a refrigerator that is holding proper temperature.

37: Ice cream stored on floor of walk in freezer. Store six inches off floor.

41: Discontinue storing ice scoop on top of ice machine. Store in/on a surface that is easily cleanable.

45: Debris on inside of blender lid is not easily removed with normal warewashing (caked on). Either replace lids or properly remove debris so they are clean and sanitized.
