*13: Concrete broken on deck by coping stone by 4ft a cross the entrance. Deck must be fixed within 10 days. I will come back in 10 days for a follow up. Failure to do so pool will be closed.

*17: Missing “No lifeguard on duty” signs with at least 4 inch lettering posted in pool area. CA: i will come back for a follow up. Failure to correct critical violation within 10 days of inspection pool will be closed.

*18: Emergency telephone is not working. CA: emergency telephone must be fixed within 10 days. I will come back for a follow up. Failure to correct the emergency phone pool will be closed.
