custmer stated that she/he had a deceased roach on her/ his plate.
Complete inspection conducted. Multiple roaches observed in the ware washing area and around reach in cooler.
PIC stated that they are working to solve this problem and they hired Orkin pest company since 10/6/2021. They had pest service on 11/10 and 11/17/2021. Follow up rquired.
