*15: Observed 3 unlabeled chemical bottles containing clear liquid and green liquid on the house keeping carts in the housekeeping closet on the 2nd floor
Corrective Action: PIC labeled the bottles
*19: Flammable aerosols in the 1st floor maintenance room are not properly stored in the fire cabinet on the 3rd floor
Corrective Action: PIC moved the flammables into the fire cabinet during the inspection
25: Observed brown build-up on the bottom edges of the sliding shower door in room 315
33: Observed yellow stains and a black hair on the mattress protector in room 315
33: Observed brown spots on a pillow in room 315
35: Observed dried liquid inside the refrigerator in room 307
35: Observed dark staining on the curtains in room 307
35: Observed several dark hairs in the dresser drawers in room 315
35: Observed food stains inside of the microwave in room 307
36: Observed excessive debris underneath the bed in room 314
37: Observed severe burn marks on the tile backsplash in the kitchenette in room 312

Immediate follow-up was conducted for critical items #15 and #19
