*18: Fire extinguishers have expired tags. Smoke detector in rooms 219 and 253 have been disconnected.
*20: Room 219 has the wrong room evacuation plan. It has a first floor plan. Room 253 did not have an evacuation plan.
24: Walkway had trash throughout premises.
25: Shower curtain had stains in room 219 and 253. Floor needs to be swept in room 219.
26: There was no ant-slip in room 219 and 253.
28: There was no telephone in room 219 and 253.
29: Lights were not properly working in rooms 219 and 253.
33: Mattress stains in room 219 and 253. There were rips in mattress in room 253.
34: There are stains in sheets , pillows and pillow cases in room 219 and 253.
35: Curtain rod was not hung up in room 253 and there was a comforter hung up instead of a curtain.
40: Linen was on floor in laundry room.

Room 253- has sheet hanging up as a curtain. Curtain rod is not connected tp screws in wall. Drawer has something sticky inside. No evacuation plan on back of door. Smoke detector is not connected. One light bulb in bathroom does not work. Stains and sheets. Stains and rips in mattress. Stains on pillows and pillow cases.
