Doors into the pool area must self close and latch or the extorior doors leading into the building must self close and latch . This must be corrected within 30 days of this visit. Doors can not be propped open and/or blocked with a baby gate. Door to where chemicals are being kept was open. Mike closed the door. This door must be closed and locked at all times. Hydromachine in the back can not be used for public use. Pool 1- Exit off of the decking area closest to the wall and near exit at back of the building has boards on the steps that are not secured. Critical item violation 10 noted on previous routine inspection report has been corrected. Please contact Mike or myself at 615-898-7889 if you have any questions.
