Complaint made about room 123 from patron stated that the sheets were stained, bugs in restroom under sink, linens in poor repair, bathroom floor sticky, smell moldy, stained floor, desk drawer would not open, extremely dusty, tub shower floor dirty - there was a black substance on it. At the time of inspection desk drawer is damaged and not coming out, body hairs were on the sheets on the bed closest to the closet area, no live insects were found under sink in the bathroom, bath tub had scratches on it with apparent rust staines, bathroom floor did not appear to be sticky, could not verify mold smell - not a mold specialist, lines had been changed and were in good repair, room was somewhat dusty, and floor appeared to be in good repair and not stain. Discussed complaint with person in charge along with good housekeeping and maintenance.
