26: (Out) chlorine in multiple sani buckets were reading high at 200 ppm toxic levels. Advised and observed person in charge change out all sani buckets so that they are reading between (50-100) ppm and went over correct sanitizer procedures with person in charge. All sani buckets that are using chlorine as a sanitizer must be between (50-100) ppm.

39: Soiled wiping cloths laying on floor, multiple wiping cloths laying on table. Soiled cloths must be replaced and placed in dry cloth hamper, wet cloths must be kept in sani buckets when not in use.

45: Gasket for walk in cooler in poor repair and walk in cooler door does not close all the way.

53: Dust build up on ceiling vents build up of grime on floor.

54: Light shields missing from light bulbs under vent hoods. All lightbulbs must have light shields tomprevent physical comtamination.

Priority violation #26 was marked priority violation must be corrected within 10 days make sure sani buckets are within correct ppm range for chlorine.
