20: Cooked pasta and par cooked chicken in WIC out of temp. These items were cookd a couple days earlier. Embargoed 4lbs.

21: No date marking on cooked pasta or par cooked chicken wings in WIC. COS, food was embargoed because it was out of temp. PIC was made aware of the date marking requirements.

Additional Comments

Observed a hookha in the office. There can be no smoking inside the facility unless the facility is designated 21 years of age and older. The 3-comp sink was set up with bleach to sanitize dishes, 50ppm. The large pot under the sink can not be used because it can't be properly submerged in the 3-comp sink.
