Observations & Corrective Actions

8: Handwash under microwave is not accessible for use. It is blocked by trash can and microwave counter extends out to a level that makes sink inaccessible. In addition, the alternate handwash sink by the mop sink was blocked with dishes at a certain point during inspection. Keep sink accessible for use at all times.

13: Raw hamburger stored over sliced tomatoes in two door tall unit by fryer. Store raw meat under or separate from ready to eat foods. This was corrected during inspection.

45: Torn gasket observed in two door tall unit by salad prep. Repair or replace torn gasket.

49: Plumbing leaks observed from mop sink and prep sink downstairs. Repair plumbing leaks.

53: Standing water obsered on walk in floor, and on floor in downstairs prep area. Keep floors clean to avoid wastewater splash.
