Observations & Corrective Actions

6: At the time of inspection insects were observed on the bottom of the pool in one area. This area was on the right hand side of the underwater steps beside underwater bench area closest to the covered sitting area. Also observed some insects floating on top of the water.

6: At the time of inspection there was a white film on the water line tile. Water line tile appeared dirty.

20: At the time of inspection pH and Total Alkalinity was too low.

20: At the time of inspection Cyanuric acid level was too high.

22: Free avilable chlorine too high.

Additional Comments

Complaint that pool was extremely dirty and there are bugs everywhere. Patron was also concerned that they might have become sick from being in the pool. Cyanuric acid level 300 ppm. See observed violations. HOA - No one available to sign inspection report. Pictures taken.
