7/9/24. The emergency phone is operational. The pump room was observed with all of the chemicals stored properly and the pipes installed properly. The permit was posted on the wall near the front desk. Vaping is prohibited in the facility. The facility received a score of 100 because the chemicals were in line with state standards, saftey equipment was present and the facility was in good shape.
