The EH hotline received a call on 7/4. The client is requesting a visit and inspection for the following facility. Client claims roach roach baked into top of burrito.

Answered: person in charge (Drew) stated that they have not heard of this complaint. I walked around the kitchen area and i did not see any signs of roach.

Drew was able to provide invoice from Eco lab showing that they were here 6/17/2021.

There is no routine inspection needed at this point. Establishment was inspected less than 3 months ago.
