13: Observed pan of chicken breast was raw and not covered, it was on the top of cooked pan of steak.cos by removing and let pic covered it and separate all the raw food from rte food , follow up inspection will be performed to check back.

21: Observed pan of cooked steak from this morning, it was not date marked, cos by mentioning the importance of date marking, follow up inspection will be performed.

34: No visabale thermometer on the ric under the makeline.

39: wiping cloth was out side the sani bucket.it was out side , dirty and not clean.
