8: Hand sink by three comp sink does not have soap. Hand sink by prep tables blocked by trashcan and not able to access. This is a repeat violation. If this violation is marked at a third consecutive inspection, the permit will be up for revocation.

20: Sliced tomatoes in front makeline cooler temped at 51F. PIC stated that the sliced tomatoes were prepped the night before. COS by PIC embargoing the two pans of sliced tomatoes. This is a repeat violation. If this violation is marked for a third consecutive inspection, the permit will be up for revocation.

37: Drink with straw and lid stored in food prep area directly next to drink carriers. COS by employee removing drink and storing properly.

47: Black debris build up inside ice machine.
