Critical violation #15 was not corrected. Chemical spray bottles were not labeled. #18 was not corrected. PIC stated that fire extinguisher company has not came out to service the fire extinguishers. They are actively working on getting the company to come out to property. PIC was unable to provide supporting documents to verify that the company is coming out to service the extinguishers.
A failure to correct letter will be requested. Please contact me at Regina.Brown@tn.gov, when chemicals are labeled and fire extinguishers have the correct inspection labels.
