Smoke detectors are hardwire and are inspected 2 a year. Pool is open. Boiler room, Maintenance room, laundry room, storage rooms, Observe rooms 206, 309, 331, 402, 405, 423, 511, 520. Discuss proper cleaning and sanitizing of dishes after each guest. Using inroom dish washer with sanitizer button or use kitchen dishwasher or triple sink. * Fire extinguisher last tag November 2021.
