*17: Missing rubber bumper on ladder. Ladder closest to pump room. A follow up inspection will be performed within 10 days to verify compliance of this critical item violation.

20: pH too high.

*21: Absence of free available chlorine reading. Pic was able to bring free available chlorine level up to 1.5 ppm during inspection. Last reading taken and recorded at 5:11 am Cl2 1.0 pH 7.6. Corrected on the spot.
