The complaint that there is a hole in the wall behind the toilet in room 216 and red stains on the sheets and wall in room 222 is valid. The guest rooms were found to be just as the complaint’s pictures showed. An employee has removed the sheets from the bed and will replace them and the employee stated that he will paint the wall.
No mold was observed and water drained out of the bathtubs ok.
