*15: Personal drug bottle stored on the storage shelf with clean linen in laundry room. CA trained and discard.
*19: Flammable spray bottle( Butane gas Cartridge) stored in housekeeping room. CA trained and discard.
28: Telephone is not working in room #318 and #104.
32: Room #207, #104and #319 have 3 hangers only.
33: Mattress cover in room #207 and #211 have stains.
33: The linen in room 205 has stains, dirt and hairs.
Complaint: caller stated that they checked in on 9/23/2022 and they arrived to their room (205) there were bed bugs crawling on the pillow and all over the bed. They also stated that the hotel smelled like cigarettes.
Complaint answered:
Complete inspection conducted. Inspected room: 205, 207, 211, 319, 318 and 104.
Linen and mattress covers are stained and has dirt in room # 205 and different other rooms. No bed bugs noticed during the inspection. Smoking smell is noticed in different rooms and PIC stated that the customers does not follow the hotel rules sometimes because it is non smoking hotel.
PIC stated that he did not find any bed bugs in the room. The caller had only dirty mattress cover in her room.
Hotel has pest control company contract with Stateline Exterminating company and last visit was today 9/26/2022.
