Responded to compliant: I didn't observe any freezers freezing over. I did observe a fan that was DIY attached to a ceiling vent above cookline. Ansel system has excessive grease build up but is scheduled to be cleaned. Another vent was observed to have a wet wiping cloth jammed next to it in a hole, Person in Charge stated that it helps with condensation buildup of vent during operation due to condensation leak creating slipping hazard.

Handsinks were in proper working order and relatively clean besides the underneath part near pedals having build up of dirt.

Physical facilities are maintained relatively well despite the overall condition of building. Re-inspection not needed for establishment.
