Additional Comments

Reviewed and discussed proper no bare hand contact as there seems to be some minor training needed. Any food ready to eat cannot be touched with bare hands and any food that is touched and still needs to go through cooking process can be touched but needs to be properly heated. Discussed with current processes using gloved hands is recommended as not handling of raw food occurs.
