*10: Both pool gates are not self closing. Coorective action, pool will be closed until door is fixed. Person in charge was able to fix one of the gates during this visit. One gate will be closed permanently and the other gate can be used by customers.
*18: Emergency telephone is not working.

Pool will be closed until telephone starts working.
