*42: Evidence that sheets have not been changed in room 403. Body and head hair on the sheets.
*42: Evidence that dishes and silverware are not being pulled and cleaned and sanitized per protocal. In room 321 there was yellow substance on fork and the knives were dirty. All dishware and food contact surfaces must be washed, rinsed, and sanitized after guest check out per hotel protocol.
*42: Ice buckets located in guest rooms on 4th and 1st floor do not have liners and are not being washed, rinsed, and sanitized after guest check out.
44: Single service items stored on the floor in Laundry storage. Toilet tissue, cups, and paper towels.
105, 101, 412, 403, 301, 321, 222. Discussed the cleaning of food contact surfaces, and the manager stated that they were cleaned in the dish machine, sanitized in the sink, and air dried in the dish machine. Housekeeping had already left for the day. Sani tabs were on the cart and fullof tablets. A follow up inspection will be performed within 10 days to verify compliance of all critical item violations.
