*15: Chemical spray bottles hanging above sugar packets to be placed in guest rooms on house keepers cart located on the 4th floor.
*15: Several chemical spray bottles at the bottom of cleaning cart located on first floor not labeled - pink and green liquid inside.
*18: Fire extinguisher tags expired on fire extinguishers located on 5th, 4th, 3rd, and 2nd floor in storage rooms. A warning letter will be requested due to this critical item violation being noted on two consecutive inspection reports in a row. Fire extinguishers must be in all hazardous areas (Electrical Rooms and Hot Water Heaters).
31: Hand and finger prints on back side of entry doors. Bathroom doors appear dirty on inside. Missing hook on inside of bathroom door room 526.
35: Rolling chair at desk in room 403 and 316 dirty. Foot stool in room 526 and 316 dirty/stained.
