Priority violations corrected. Hand sink is no longer blocked and has hot and cold water supply with sink handles instead of having to turn the sink water supply on and off at the valves, foods items in RIC in kitchen are organized by cooking temperature, food items being held longer than 24hrs are date marked, chemicals are stored away from food items.
