Rooms Inspected: 133, 201, 218, 227, 235, 317, 320, 327, 402 and 416.

Dishwasher malfunctioned on the 3rd floor and caused major water damage on a portion of 3rd, 2nd and 1st floors. Currently, construction work is being performed to replace carpet, drywall and all necessary repairs to remedy the damage. See photos.

Outside of the building was damaged by storm weeks ago, causing brick to dislodge from the wall. Construction is being conducted to fix the issue. See photo.
