11: Lettuce in prep cooler was brown. PIC discarded lettuce.

34: Broken thermometer in “Magic Chef” freezer and refrigerator. I did not observe a thermometer in Thomson freezer.

45: The Deep freezer (next to hand sink )lid is damage. The fryers have grease build up.

45: Ice build up in Thomson freezer. Food debris at bottom of reach in cooler. Please wash,rinse and sanitize bottom shelf.

53: Grease build up on floor near fryers. Grease stained cardboard on floor in front of fryers. Dust on ceiling tiles near vents.

54: Grease build up under ventilation hood.

56: Most recent inspection is not posted. Inspection posted is from march 17 2023. The last inspection was conducted in August of 2023.

Additional Comments

Food is still frozen in the front deep freezer even though the lid is damaged.


PIC stated that he just finished cutting the fish which is why the temperature is not 41 degrees F or below.


PIC put a new thermometer in the magic chef freezer.
