13: Raw chicken stored above burger buns in single door refrigerator . Corrective Action: moved items.
45: Condensation build up in single door freezer.

Additional Comments
Mobile unit pipes were frozen so there was no access to fresh water supply. Corrective Action: Truck elected to go back to commissary to thaw pipes and fill up with fresh water during duration of event, follow up conducted same day.
