Complaint: customer became ill after eating burger with everything. Ric holding raw ground beef was 39°. Burgers were 40°. Tomatoes in prep cooler were freshly cut and whole tomatoes are held at room temp. Tomatoes were 65°. Lettuce in prep cooler was 55°. Lettuce was discard during inspection. Prep cooler is having trouble holding temp. Non tcs food in prep cooler was moved to reach in coolers until new already on site can be replaced after hours.Tcs food in prep cooler was discarded.
