12: Trash and litter around dumpster enclosure.

*15: 2 spray bottles on housekeepers cart located in laundry room not labeled. One with pink liquid inside, the other one with blue liquid inside. Properly label all chemical spray bottles. A follow up inspection will be performed within 10 days to verify compliance of this critical item violation.

*20: Only one phone in room 114 and it is not working. A follow up inspection will be performed within 10 days to verify compliance of all critical item violation.

25: Head on hand shower sprayer dirty in room 114.

29: Few lights out located in the fittness center.

31: Build up of dirt on exterior part of 4 guest windows where you can’t see through the windows. One window is located on the first floor, the other three are located on the second floor.

31: Interior doors in guest rooms had finger and hand prints on them. Clean doors.

33: Top sheet damaged in room 116. Hair on sheet in room 116. Fitted sheet on pull out bed in room 107 stained.

33: Pull out bed damaged underneath in lower right hand corner located in room 208.
