21: Used container of whipped cream in reach in cooler best buy feb 2024. Corrective Action: embargo.

34: No visible probe thermometers in kitchen for temping hot and cold foods.

42: Large clean black bins observed stacked wet nesting in dish pit.

53: Wall and shelving inside walk in cooler observed dirty with buildup

Additional Comments

Answering complaint during inspection where person claims they ate expired bleu cheese dressing at establishment on Tuesday 4/2. They experienced throwing up shortly after consuming wings dipped in expired bleu cheese.
Corrective Action: some soft cheeses are exempt date marking including bleu cheese. However did observed TCS foods that required proper date marking kept expired such as jugs of milk and whipped cream.
Corrective Action: embargoed and trained.
Cannabis infused foods are kept separate from kitchen and not combined with foods made in kitchen. Certificate of Analysis observed from Tristar Medical 117 Lyle Ln.
