*18: Fire extinguisher tags on fire extinguishers in hotel expired on 2/2024. Contract a licensed fire extinguisher company to retag and check all fire extinguishers in hotel. A follow up inspection will be performed within 10 days to verify compliance of this critical item violations.
*20: Phone not working in room 301. Missing telephone cord. CA replaced cord to telephone and outlet. Phone is now working.
25: Shower door doesn’t fit on shower correctly in guest bathroom 301. Bottom exterior part of shower damaged in guest bathroom 301.
25: Shower damaged in guest bathroom 210 and vanity stained. Top of shower door dirty in guest bathroom 210.
25: Shower damaged at soap dish in guest bathroom 317.
32: Only 1 chair in room 409. There must be 2 chairs or sitting areas in guest rooms.
