Pork food product and sliced meat and cheese mix in ric. Pic said pulled from wic and placed in makeline ric last night. Digital thermometer on ric says 37 F. Thermapen reads 53 F ambient temp. Sliced tomatoes, pork product, and meat and cheese mix are not on establishment’s temp log (see pic), cannot confirm their temp from this morning. Assume foods pulled from wic were 41 F or less when placed in pc and ric. Cos by pic discarding (see gen comments) and pic made service call during inspection.

Pic stated a food delivery occurred this morning at 10 AM and likely contributed to the wic temp being high.
Pic provided food temp log near end of inspection. None of embargoed foods appear on log. Advise redoing temp log to include sliced tomatoes and any meat products in makeline coolers.
