6: The handsink was bone dry, no one washed hands as they enter from the buffet area back to the food prep are.

8: No soap or paper towels at the hand sink. Also they have a habit of parking the food carts in front of the hand sink, which deters anyone from washing their hands.

26: Above the 3-sink are several chemical issues, 1 spray bottle has no label with a clear soapy substance in it, another spray bottle is labeled but has the wrong chemical in it, another is labeled music water has a dark yellowish chemical in it. Lastly on the clean end of the drain board chemicals are hanging on the wall. These need to be removed.

37: Inside the 2-door cooler there is a personal blue bottle with “tear” labeled on it has a tea colored liquid inside.

39: Wet wipe towels out, not in sanitizer water.

45: The tubes for the “bagged” skim milk are not cut at a 45* angle, this will ensure proper drainage.
