7: Observed employee plate cooked fish for customer order with bare hands. Employee stated the establishment was out of gloves. Cos by pic getting set of tongs to use to plate cooked foods with.

14: Observed employee use tongs to pick up raw foods then wash and rinse tongs and reuse them for food prep with cooked foods. Cos by discussing wash rinse and sanitizing used utensils and employee getting another set of tongs to use with cooked foods.

26: Spray bottle containing purple liquid present under 3 comp sink had no label. Cos by pic labeling
