21: Cooked lobsters from 2days ago have no date mark on them. Discussed proper date marking. Had lobster meat alos not date marked that they cooked themselves. Noodles in the make cooler missing their date marking.. cooked chicken wings in the wic has no date mark on them.

43: Stir straws are not protected from the patrons. Not is dispenser or wrapped
